The power and beauty of this scene...one of the most powerful in the whole series---it shows again that FMA Classic is a part of my soul forever.
I've seen every episode of BroHood and own every volume of the manga--even the ones that won't come out in the US until next year---and it does not have the intensity or magnificence of THIS SCENE.

*^_^* I knew if anybody'd appreciate this, it would be you! :D I've already watched this scene a dozen times since I posted it and it still gets me right here. *clutches chest* I practically melt when (in the English version) Roy says, "I can't let you come with me". <333333333 Awww! Roy is protecting the one he loves! RoyEd is canon whether anybody likes it or not! hehe! ^_^

Hello! This is totally random, I was just surfing livejournal friendsfriends and I saw this post. It made me smile so hard - this is my favorite scene from the show! Aw, I'm so glad to see a clip of it. Haha, just wanted to share.

Enjoy away! It's there for all to share! (Maybe I should have posted this in fm_alchemist.) ^_^ It's my favorite scene too! IMO, there's more emotional impact in this one scene than there is in the first half to two-thirds of Brotherhood. This is why first anime will always pwn second! :D
