The whole second half of this episode was pure fanservice! :D I've always loved Roy but after this episode I'm ready to have his babies! (Sorry Ed! Sharesies?) LOL!!

THIS. I get so excited about the fanservice every week, I'm afraid my neighbors are going to start knocking on the door, wondering what all the screaming is about. Of course this week it was just SO FUCKING INTENSE that I would have been screaming anyway, even if it wasn't full of oodles of delicious fanservice! *drools all over keyboard*

One thing though that is kind of annoying is there seems to be a lot of Royai fanservice, too. Like they changed some of her lines even to make it more stupid shippy. They made her screaming really girly, too. That irritated me.

The only other thing that bugged me in this ep was they changed one of my favorite lines of Roy's, where he says he can taste the incinerated body on his lips. That is so fucking hot I don't even know what to do with myself. Plus, it's very IC of him to say something like that, dropping something shocking really casually, in his hardcore military kind of way. So fucking badass, and it's so visceral and... To change that to "I know the smell of burnt corpses" makes him sound totally retarded. They also left out his military lines when he first comes in and he's talking to Al about how a soldier is supposed to use the element of surprise and all that. I love it when he waxes militarily, damn it. It sucks that they cut that out.

But these are just small gripes. The overall awesomeness definitely WAY made up for it...!

Yeah, there is WAY too much Royai and EdWin in Brotherhood for my liking. :P The manga implies a lot of it but the anime here is blatantly shoving it down our thoats. BONES, you suck. bastards. >.<

They've changed or dropped several lines and scenes from the manga (others have complained about this but I can't think of a specific instance right now) and that sucks. I'm sure they're doing it to keep the story moving at a certain pace but you'd think that something like Roy's lines here they'd keep as it is integral to Roy's past. Makes me wonder just how much of volume 15, which is Roy centric, will make it into the anime. :(

I already have a thing for guys in uniform so when Roy "waxes militarily" as you call it, it is the hottest fucking thing ever! *DROOOOL!* XD

Fangs? *pulls up pic in question* Oh. ^_^ I think it's just that smudge coming from the corner of his mouth and down his chin that makes him look like that! :) (Great. Now that's all I'm going to notice whenever I look at that pic! :P *cuddles Roy plushie* LOL)

I think there was a vampire fic now that you mention it. It was RoyEd and Greed was in it too as some sort of priest or something if I'm not mistaken. I can't for the life of me think of what it was called tho. Wasn't it a one-shot? Betcha anything greedy_lover knows it since Greed was in it. Ask her and let me know what it's called! :)

Oh I know I'd stalk him! XD Oh I so hope there's more fanservice to come! There's got to be another instance somewhere where Roy loses the shirt! (If not, somebody better create one! XD) Surely in one of the upcoming battles Roy ends up shirtless! I hope! :D
