Even if metal isn't your thing, please, give this a try. This guy's interpretation of Vic Mignogna's "Brothers" is awesome. :) If nothing else, think about it. A Full<i>metal</i> Alchemist song done in metal? Gotta love the irony there! :D

I listened to this three times in a row last night--because I can't get over how beautiful the arrangement is, Reminds me yet again how sucky the Brotherhood score is, especially "Tricia's Lullabye" which is the Brotherhood version of "Bratja".

Vic performed the English version of "Brothers" and tries to take credit for the lyrics. The english translation Vic sings is by Arijan Clark, a Russian translator. She gave Vic permission to perform it--with the understanding that in live performances he would sing the WHOLE translation, which includes Al's full verse. She isn't happy that he never sings the whole translation, and he has never given her credit for her work, just wants the world to assume HE did it.
Arijan and I swapped emails in 2011 and we actually did a swap--she wanted a solo guitar arrangement that was simple to play so I gave her the rights to my guitar arrangement and I was given rights to sing her translation in public so long as I sang the whole song and gave credit to her AND to Michiru Oshima, who wrote the music. I've lost touch with her, but she is a very gracious lady!
