The maintainer of fmalchemist (not to be confused with fm_alchemist which we all know and love!) has decided to close the comm. It's always sad to see a comm go but what can you do. :/ Anyhoo, I was scrolling thru some posts from 2004 and found this one talking about Ed's new VA, "some guy named Vic Mignogna". :) At the time nobody knew Vic from Adam's housecat and the comments made are quite amusing! example: "Let's hope Ed doesn't grunt like a monkey all the time." ^_^ see more comments here - > http://fmalchemist.livejournal.com/88947.html  Oh fandom, you've come a long way baby! :D

Wow. I remember hearing Ed's voice and thinking "OMG, it's the guy from Generator Gawl!"

Will the old posts go away?

'fraid so. Once the comm is deleted, everything will be gone. :( The mod's post said that the comm won't come down until some time in May so if there's anything there you want - any fanfics, fanarts, posts like the one above - you should go to the comm and save whatever you want now before it's too late. :(

Reason why the mod's doing this - she no longer has interest in it, she's too busy with RL, I can't remember the other reasons. Reason to save anything there you might want - um, IDK, you don't have to. Just a thought...

Don't worry. Apparently not a lot of people do. There is only one post for all of 2011 - inugrlrayn's Sparks and Shadows (http://inugrlrayn.livejournal.com/155440.html) I is far too lazy to put in a proper link! ^_^. Traffic at this comm obviously is quite low. It's also probably another reason why the mod's closing it down. :/
